Ken Baldwin moved to Aiken after retiring from a governor-appointed position as leader of public health for the state of Wisconsin. He administered an operating budget in excess of $150 million. Mr. Baldwin earned a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Florida A & M, an MA in Business Administration, and an MA in Public Health from St. Louis University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He serves on numerous boards in the Aiken community, among them, the University of South Carolina Aiken Partnership Board. He is the church administrator for Second Baptist Church in Aiken.
